My responsibilities include supporting the review and development of monitoring and evaluation tools, conducting pre- and post-assessment interviews with training participants, analyzing divisional data, and updating and maintaining the project database. I also assist in reviewing and compiling monitoring and evaluation reports.

Julia Shimanya

Financial Administrator

I am responsible for executing full accounting functions, which include, but are not limited to, preparing general ledgers, trial balances, supplier ledgers, and financial statements. Furthermore, I use project recording to produce project-level reports, and I prepare monthly/quarterly project-level reports of budget vs expenditure. I also ensure that all financial duties are carried out according to the Financial Policy and Procedure Guidelines.
