It is a business simulation tool in a game format. The simulation is a simplified description of a production and retail business. The store is located in a factious country with a fictitious currency. It simulates real market conditions and business scenarios throughout the training.  The main and end goal is to manage the shop in a successful way.  The training is conducted over a three (3) day period, whereby it focuses on modules namely:

1. Financial Knowledge
2. New Business Opportunities
3. Investments & Profitability
